Subscription Based Access

ProFair Competition Manager is a hosted solution. We provide the servers, software, databases, security and technical support. You sign up to use it as long as you need. We expect you will host one or a few events per year, but will benefit from having access to the system year round for reporting, training and retention of your data to support next event registrations and gain multi-year insights.

All subscriptions include access to a training server for generic end user and administrator exercises.

Requirements

ProFair has been designed with flexibility in mind. Users can interact with the system using only a web browser on just about any reasonably up-to-date desktop, laptop, tablet or phone. This means that your basic hardware costs can be very low for registration and judging.

The application is hosted on the internet so you do need good wifi service at the registration desk and for handheld devices. There are inexpensive solutions if these are not available.

You can then add cameras and printers depending on your budget and the improvements sought in your operations. Inexpensive USB cameras are all you need to add pictures to your tags and entry receipts, as well as have them displayed with judges picklists. Printers can be cheap, or borrowed, or slick thermal receipt printers.
